Every nonprofit organization or social enterprise needs a strategic plan—regardless of the type of work you do. A strategic plan helps you define who you are, what you want to achieve and the actions you need to take to get there. Having a strategic plan that’s redeveloped every three to five years is crucial to effective decision making, planning for the future and keeping the people you serve at the forefront of your work.
