We are seeking qualified and driven individuals who have a passion for aquatics, fitness, and community service to fill the role of Lifeguard/Swim Instructors with our aquatics team.
We are specifically looking for mornings, daytime and weekend availability - perfect for college/university students and adults who are looking for a flexible, part-time work schedule.
- Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
- Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification
- Current Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED Level C certification
- Police Vulnerable Sector Clearance issued by local police station required
- Experienced in providing progressive swimming instruction to children
- Demonstrate strong leadership, customer service and communication skills
- Experience in program planning implementation and evaluation
- Ability to teach Aqua-Fit to older adults (seniors) is an asset
