Advocate Connections
Advocate Connections is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 2022 to provide advocacy and direct assistance for homeless and marginalized groups.
After years of volunteering in the social sector, we saw firsthand how overwhelmed shelters and hubs struggle to meet a growing need for essential services. Many people fall through the cracks, unable to access medical care, financial aid, or stable housing.
That's why we created Advocate Connections—to bridge those gaps, offer guidance, and make sure everyone has the resources they need to move forward.
Our Vision is to relieve poverty by facilitating and improving access to community services for marginally housed individuals and individuals experiencing homelessness.
Our Mission is to relieve poverty through the provision of basic supplies and necessities of life to improve self-sustainability for marginally housed individuals and individuals experiencing homelessness.
