The Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) is a not-for-profit charitable organization funded by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services.

The key function of CSCN is to coordinate access to various services and supports for children and adolescents with complex needs who may require a response from more than one service provider.

 In addition, CSCN in the Passport Program (adults who have a developmental disability) agency in southwestern Ontario.  Developmental Services Ontario - South West Region is also a division of CSCN.
