We’re recruiting volunteers in the following areas:

Media and Arts: Support creative projects, communications, storytelling and the promotion of Pride London’s activities.

Parade Operations: Help with parade preparation, participant coordination and activities along the parade route.

Vendor Services: Support vendors with information, preparation and assistance during the festival.

Park Ambassadors: Welcome festival guests, answer questions and help people find their way around.

Emergency Preparedness: Support event readiness, safety planning and coordination with the festival team.

Entertainment: Help with entertainment planning, performer support and activities behind the scenes.

Administration: Assist with organizing information, scheduling, volunteer coordination and everyday tasks that keep things moving.

Year-round volunteers help with ongoing planning, projects and community activities. Festival volunteers help bring the celebration to life during July 16–18, 2027. You can express interest in either opportunity—or both.
Volunteering is a chance to meet people, share your skills, gain experience and contribute to Pride in your community. We welcome interest from people with a range of backgrounds and experience who share a commitment to inclusion, respect and community.
