Community Counselling London (CCL), a local nonprofit organization, has a volunteer Fundraising Committee (Fundtastics) that meets virtually every other Tuesday from noon to 1:00 p.m.
The Committee's mandate is to develop sustainable and diversified funding sources that support CCL's mission of providing accessible, affordable mental health therapy to individuals facing financial or other barriers to care.
CCL also plays an important role in developing future mental health professionals by providing quality clinical education and supervised placement opportunities for master's-level therapist interns.
Through strategic fundraising initiatives, the Fundtastics Committee helps ensure that both mental health services and clinical training opportunities remain accessible and sustainable. To achieve this, the Committee focuses on developing and implementing:
• Signature fundraising campaigns and events
• Corporate and workplace partnerships and sponsorships
• Donor stewardship and community outreach and engagement
Our Fundraising Committee is looking for volunteers in one or more of the following areas:
• Fundraising strategy
• Donor stewardship and relationship management
• Event planning and execution
• Marketing, communications, and social media
Individuals with a passion for mental health, community service, and nonprofit impact and experience are especially encouraged to get involved.
