Requirements – you must have:

  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients’ needs which may result in overtime.
  • Reliable transportationto provide services in Huron Perth and Bruce Grey counties.Travel is required.
  • Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in Huron and Perth Counties. Redeployment to the outside of Huron and Perth counties area as needed.
  • Valid Driver’s license with vehicle to travel.
  • Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.
  • Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check is required.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation for medical exemption or a reason related to protected grounds under theHuman Rights Codeas per Provincial Health Care regulations.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required, as applicable per program requirements.

 

Leads offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities. Salary ranges from $47,000 to $55,000 annually,with immediate access to an Employee Assistance Program and supplementary Health and Dental benefits upon completion of six months’ service. Travel reimbursement $0.64/KM.
