If you have ever wanted to be involved or attend the United Nations to advocate for women and girls, you don't want to miss this event. The Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women now has Consultative Status with ECOSOC at the United Nations. Learn how to become a delegate and attend the meetings, briefings and connect with the Member Country delegates to advocate for change. During two weeks each March, all the member countries of the Untied Nations attend meetings to create a document that governs the county's commitment to women and girls for that year. Civil Society groups like BPW also attend these meetings to monitor and advocate for these rights.
