We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join us as a People & Culture Coordinator. In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to connect with our amazing volunteers and help us expand our reach in the community.
At PAWS, we believe that collaboration is the key to success. As the People & Culture Coordinator, your primary focus will be volunteer recruitment and engagement. Together, we can provide essential support to pet owners, ensuring that their animal companions receive the care they deserve.

Engagement:

Collaborate with P&C team to develop and lead volunteer engagement activities

Human Resources:

Ensuring files are accurate and up to date

Onboarding new volunteers

Advise and support team members on all things HR
What you Bring:

Commitment:
