Position Summary:
The Lead Agency and Regional Program Support is responsible for providing organizational and program support to Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness Tele-Mental Health Services (TMHS) and Lead Agency programs and initiatives. This position processes client referrals, coordinates scheduling, and monitors the completion of reports for Tele-Mental Health Services. This position is responsible for the promotion and planning of TMHS education sessions. The Lead Agency and Regional Program Support provides organizational and project support for Core Services Leadership Council and the implementation of the Multi-Year Service Area Plan.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Excellent administrative, organization and project skills, including the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities is required.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, teams, share point).
- Ability to take minutes, complete report and develop templates.
- Experience working in a community or healthcare setting.
- A college diploma in Child and Youth Counselling, Social Service Work or business administration with experience in project work is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with adequate liability and own vehicle.
- French language skills an asset.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with Tele-Mental Health Services staff in the planning and implementation of educational sessions.
- Collaborate with Tele-Mental Health Services staff in planning consultations.
- Participate in Tele-Mental Health Services meetings, working groups and committees as required.
- Collaborate with Supervisor to manage day to day operations including referral queries, and service demands.
- Collaborate with Tele-Mental Health Services staff when problems or concerns arise.
- Track Tele-Mental Health Services consultant hours following completion of consultations.
- Offering and confirming appointments to referring case manager.
- Monitor completion of consultation reports by consultant in transcription service.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, create meeting agendas, prepare/distribute minutes, and send out notices for Core Services Leadership Council groups and any other Lead Agency projects, as required.
- Assist with the development of Lead Agency emails and communication materials.
- Maintain workplans, create templates, track documents, and draft reports to support Lead Agency project work.
Hours of Work:
- 35 hours work week, may require some nights/weekends
