Pillar Nonprofit Network extends our heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Tanja Kueneman, Interim Co-CEO and Co-President, and VP Finance and Strategy, who has announced her resignation from Pillar Nonprofit Network as of November 4, 2022.
Tanja joined Pillar’s leadership team in 2021 as VP Finance and Strategy. Bringing with her 15+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting and audit, Tanja has made significant contributions to optimizing many important finance administration processes for Pillar.
She has been an instrumental member of the senior leadership team through the development of Pillar’s shared leadership model, and the introduction of many decent work principles, including the introduction of employee benefits and pay transparency.
The Pillar team is grateful to Tanja for guiding the organization through this period of transition. Tanja leads with integrity and care for her colleagues and community. Her thoughtful and strategic lens will leave a lasting impact on the organization. We wish her continued success and fulfillment in her next steps.
